Details of the Job/Internship
Adbuffs is hiring a Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year of in-house legal experience to join their office in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, NDAs, agreements, and company policies.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for the organisation.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
- Maintain legal records and contract repositories.
- Support HR and Finance with employee, vendor, and client-related legal documents.
- Handle notices, official correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic legal research and track relevant legal updates.
- Prepare reports and maintain compliance trackers.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of corporate in-house legal experience.
- Understanding of corporate contracts, labour laws, and IPR.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent drafting accuracy and documentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask independently.
