Adhira & Appa Coffee is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize sales deeds, franchise agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Franchise teams to ensure contractual alignment with business needs.
- Maintain and update legal templates in accordance with evolving laws and regulations.
- Organize and safeguard records of all executed contracts.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel for specialized matters.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on risks, obligations, and compliance best practices
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B required; LL.M is an advantage).
- 2–3 years of experience in legal drafting, preferably within the café, F&B, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, business laws, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent command of English and legal terminology.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
