Details of the Job/Internship
AirBrick is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company’s legal interests across operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Identifying and resolving risks or disputes.
- Protecting intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
- Providing legal advice to internal teams.
- Liaising with external counsel for litigation and specialised matters.
- Maintaining organised legal records and drafting standard policies.
- Preparing and sending legal notices.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognised institution.
- 2–3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance, labour laws, and commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
