Details of the Job/Internship

AMN Life Science Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 3-7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Drafting & Documentation

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents, including:
• Supply & distribution agreements
• International agency & export contracts
• NDAs, MoUs, PO terms & conditions
• Service/vendor/manufacturing agreements
• Loan & license agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable domestic and international regulatory frameworks.

Commercial Legal Advisory

• Provide legal guidance on cross-border transactions, exports, and product licensing.
• Structure and negotiate contracts with international collaborators and distributors.
• Safeguard the company’s legal and commercial interests in global deals.

Litigation & Dispute Management

• Coordinate with external counsel and law firms for litigation and arbitration matters.
• Manage legal documentation, court filings, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company before authorities on compliance, labour, or export-related disputes.
• Resolve conflicts with vendors, partners, customers, and regulators.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3–7 years in legal roles (pharma/export manufacturing preferred).

Knowledge Areas:

• Pharma regulations, export-import law, international commercial contracts.
• Legal compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.

Salary/Stipend
