Details of the Job/Internship
Ample is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–2 years of experience in contract management and general corporate law to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders and management on contractual obligations, risks, and compliance.
- Ensure legal compliance in all business operations and processes.
- Maintain and update contract templates and other legal documentation.
- Liaise with external legal advisors when required.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations and ensure compliance.
- Assist in dispute resolution and manage potential legal risks.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputable institution.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in contract management and general corporate law.
- Strong understanding of Indian contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Salary/Stipend
