Ample is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time role in Bangalore – Jakkur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents and contracts.
• Assist in litigation management and coordination with external counsels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on queries and corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal work.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and litigation processes.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
