Appitsimple Infotek Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics, including corporate law, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights.
• Compliance Support: Help monitor and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain legal records and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Policy Review: Assist in evaluating internal policies, identifying potential legal risks, and suggesting improvements for enhanced compliance.
