Details of the Job/Internship

AppZen is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3-4 years to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract review and negotiation (primarily vendor contracts - NDA, MSA, DPA, and related contracts).
• Managing Legal operations for the global legal team.
• Risk management assignments for the legal department which would include representing the legal team in various audits.
• Drafting of various contract templates on a need basis, working on playbooks and similar documents.
• Assisting cross-functional departments like HR, Finance, and other technical functions with legal and operational requests and queries.
• Review and negotiation of India-specific agreements (Vendor and internal).

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) (MUST have).
