Details of the Job/Internship
Arete Group is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Vapi. The role involves handling legal matters related to various business verticals and supporting in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and vetting sale deeds, legal agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Draft agreements, arrangements, undertakings, declarations, and deeds for current and future projects.
- Support in verifying titles of company-owned land.
- Interpret legal documents, deeds, and agreements.
Eligibility
- LLB degree (completed).
- Fluency in English and Gujarati.
- Good presentation skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of business parameters and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and respond effectively in critical situations.
