Details of the Job/Internship
Arete Group is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Vapi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and vetting of sale deeds, legal agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Draft agreements, arrangements, undertakings, declarations, and deeds for existing and prospective ventures.
- Assist in title verification of owned land.
- Interpret deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.
Eligibility
- LLB degree completed.
- Excellent communication skills with knowledge of English and Gujarati.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to understand business parameters and stakeholder requirements.
- Strong time management skills.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience is preferable.
