Ariscent Lifesciences Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The position involves legal documentation, advisory support, compliance with property laws, conveyancing and legal risk management to support business operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on various matters.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and applicable legal frameworks.
- Manage conveyancing processes.
- Analyse legal risks and provide guidance to support business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
- Proficiency in law with strong knowledge of property law and relevant legal frameworks.
- Experience in legal document preparation and conveyancing processes.
- Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal risk and compliance management.
- Experience in the FMCG or related industry is an advantage.
