Details of the Job/Internship
Arise IIP is hiring a Legal Executive with having PQE of 2 years to join their office in Gurugram.
1. Drafting and Negotiating:
- shareholder agreements
- joint venture agreements
- intellectual property licensing agreements
- non-disclosure agreements
- service agreements.
- shipping contracts
2. Undertaking to conduct due diligence reports for M/A transactions.
3. Arbitration-related matters are not necessary but preferable.
Eligibility
- The candidate must have done an LLB or LLM from a reputed institution.
- Must have PQE of 2 Years.
- Must have Work experience in a 2nd-tier law firm or 1st-tier in-house experience.
