Details of the Job/Internship
Ark Group is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and vet legal documents including development agreements, lease agreements, sale deeds & MoUs.
- Conduct thorough legal scrutiny of property-related documents such as title deeds, sale agreements and land acquisition papers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all legal requirements are met for property development projects.
- Manage due diligence and verification of legal documents for land acquisition, project approvals, and legal compliance.
- Liaise with external legal counsels and law firms when required to resolve legal disputes or litigations.
- Provide legal advisory on real estate-related transactions and company policies.
- Assist in negotiations with stakeholders, including developers, clients, and vendors, to safeguard the company's legal interests.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on legal matters and risk assessments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- 2-5 years of experience in a legal role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
