Details of the Job/Internship

AIS is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive.

Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Indian Legal System and court proceedings.
• Handle Legal documentation.
• Taking care of Company's matter related to Intellectual property rights (IPR) Matters.
• Efficient handling of Contract Management tool.
• Efficient drafting of legal notices, agreements, contracts and briefs of judgements.
• Conducting legal research primary as well as secondary.
• Managing legal updates and dissemination of the same to the Department.

Eligibility

LLB (hons.)/ B.B.A. LLB (hons.)/ B.A.LLB (hons.).
0-1 Years of Experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
