Aula Regis Consultancy Services (ARCS) is hiring a Legal Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join their core team in Ranchi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, case law analysis, and statutory interpretation.
- Draft petitions, writs, agreements, MoUs, opinions, notices, replies, and legal reports.
- Appear before the High Court, tribunals, and other forums under senior guidance.
- Support arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Vet public contracts and participate in advisory work for government departments, universities, sports bodies, and PSUs.
- Maintain case files, briefing notes, client communications, and project documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M is a plus.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, corporate, or public law. Freshers with strong internships will also be considered.
- Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high levels of accountability.
- Familiarity with contract law, service matters, or infrastructure law will be an advantage.
- Comfort with digital research tools and legal databases.
