Details of the Job/Internship
Avya Builders is hiring a Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience in real estate or farmland transactions to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence for land, farmland, and property acquisitions.
- Verify and review land records, title deeds, revenue documents, and encumbrance certificates.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell, lease deeds, MoUs, and NDAs.
- Coordinate with external counsel and government authorities for registration, mutation, and approvals.
- Handle litigation matters and property disputes.
- Maintain and update legal databases and property records.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, RERA, and agricultural land regulations.
- Assist in registration processes at the Sub-Registrar’s Office.
- Provide legal opinions on property-related matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in real estate or farmland legal matters.
- Strong understanding of property and local land laws.
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation.
- Proficiency in Kannada.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and multitasking skills.
