Details of the Job/Internship

Axis Trustee Services Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–6 years of experience in banking litigation to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive litigation processes and initiate actions under laws such as SARFAESI, RDB Act, IBC, CPC, and NI Act.
• Initiate actions for defaults under Security Trustee and Debenture Trustee arrangements.
• Manage litigation with the assistance of empaneled law firms and external lawyers.
• Prepare and review templates and standard agreements executed by ATSL.
• Conduct court filings and related procedures on a regular basis.
• Assist the Ethics Department in reviewing SOPs, policies, and manuals.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of experience in banking litigation.
• Experience in handling DRT, SARFAESI, and IBC proceedings.
• Prior experience in a Bank, Financial Institution, or litigation practice.
• Strong knowledge of court processes and filing procedures.
