Details of the Job/Internship
Ayathana is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to provide comprehensive legal support for Ayathana and its four sister concerns.
Role and Responsibilities
- Offer legal advice on contracts, regulations, IP, and corporate governance.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Attend weekend lawyer meetings when necessary.
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and government offices.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Advise on ethical considerations and corporate governance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the bar.
- 2–3 years of relevant legal practice experience.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently.
