Details of the Job/Internship

Balar Builders is hiring a Legal Executive (Real Estate) to join their office in Vapi, Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate agreements, including Sale Agreements, Agreements to Sale, Lease/Rent Agreements, and MoUs.
• Handle work related to Gram Panchayat, Nagar Palika, and other local authorities.
• Coordinate property registration and documentation processes.
• Conduct basic title checks and due diligence.
• Maintain legal and property records and files.
• Liaise with advocates, agents, and government offices.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass (mandatory).
• Interest in legal or real estate work.
• Freshers can apply.

Salary/Stipend
