Details of the Job/Internship

Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join their Sus Pashan Road, Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-IPO and IPO processes on NSE Emerge.
• Ensure post-IPO compliance with SEBI LODR and SEBI ICDR.
• Handle board and shareholder meeting compliance.
• Oversee shareholder communication and reporting.

Eligibility

• LLB / CS qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in IPO management.
• Preferred exposure to both litigation and non-litigation areas.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
