Details of the Job/Internship

B.N Nagaraja Family Law Advocate is hiring a Legal Executive – Family Law with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, petitions, affidavits, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research to assist in case preparation and strategy.
• Support senior advocates in hearings, filings, and litigation work.
• Maintain accurate case files, records, and trackers.
• Coordinate with clients and petitioners for documentation and case updates.
• Liaise with Family Courts, mediation centres, and court staff.
• Track hearing dates, filings, and procedural updates.

Eligibility

• Any degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in family law.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
