Details of the Job/Internship

Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements (lease & license, vendor, employment, etc.).
• Conduct due diligence for new outlet properties and licenses.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations (FSSAI, labor laws, POSH, etc.).
• Liaise with landlords, brokers, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Maintain and track legal documentation, renewals, and statutory obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal readiness across operations.
• Provide legal input for corporate governance, compliance filings, and risk mitigation.
• Support IPO readiness and filings, ensuring all legal frameworks and disclosures are in order.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, property documentation, IPR, and company law.
• Sound knowledge of IPO processes, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance is a must.
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
