C. B. JAIN & ASSOCIATES is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review a wide array of legal documents, including investment term sheets and commercial contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to international and domestic clients on corporate and IPR matters.
- Conduct thorough transactional due diligence for early-stage fundraising deals.
- Perform property law research and assist in complex conveyancing matters.
- Work closely with clients to address legal compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Interpret and apply legal principles to resolve unique challenges in entity formation and valuation.
- Assist in the management of intellectual property filings and related legal procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related professional qualification.
- 1+ years of specific work experience with Intellectual Property Law.
- Proven expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and transactional law.
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to conduct meticulous due diligence.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to assess legal risks within the context of high-stakes investment transactions.
