CEDCOSS Technologies Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join their Lucknow office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and editing of legal documents and Annual Reports. 
• Conducting research on legal topics, case laws, case studies, regulations. 
• Organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and correspondence. 
• Managing calendars and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. 
• Researching and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
• To Implement the research work & data preparation. 
• Think Strategically – Keep the team and units updated on changes in law. 
• To ensure ongoing compliance with changing laws and business requirements. 

Eligibility

• Minimum 0-2 years of Experience in Corporate Legal Department 
• Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, Amendments, Acts and regulations. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Preferred qualifications LLB/LLM from recognized institutions. 
• Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management software, and MS Office Suite. 
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and practices. 

Salary/Stipend
