Details of the Job/Internship
Chinmay Finlease Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join its Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and supporting documents.
- Assist with case management, preparing summaries, and scheduling meetings.
- Communicate with internal and external clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Support litigation through evidence gathering and document preparation.
- Perform administrative duties, manage records and schedules, and handle legal research.
- Assist with compliance matters, standardization of templates, and coordinate with external counsels.
Eligibility
- Law degree with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in private banks, law firms, or NBFCs.
- Experience in Indian lending operations, structured and retail finance, and capital markets.
- Strong drafting and business understanding skills.
