Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited is hiring a Legal Executive – Loan Against Property (LAP) to join its Indore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal scrutiny of property-related documents.
• Perform title verification and legal due diligence.
• Draft and vet legal and mortgage-related documentation.
• Handle legal processes relating to loan and mortgage transactions.
• Coordinate with external advocates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Law (LLB or LLM preferred).
• Prior experience in Loan Against Property or Home Loan legal processes.
• Strong knowledge of property laws and related documentation.
• Good communication and legal drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
