Climeto is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet various agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and EPR laws and assist in documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for regulatory and corporate governance compliance.
- Maintain and update records of licenses, permits, and legal documents.
- Assist in handling notices, legal correspondences, and regulatory filings.
- Support policy development and implementation in line with legal requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or environmental law preferred.
- Strong understanding of EPR and environmental compliance frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
