Details of the Job/Internship
Cloudnine Group of Hospitals is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1+ year to join their office in Bangalore Urban. The role is a full-time, on-site position involving preparation of legal documents, drafting agreements such as NDAs and lease deeds, providing legal advice, assisting external legal counsels, and supporting the legal team in ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and draft agreements, including NDAs and lease deeds.
- Provide legal advice and support to the organisation.
- Assist external legal counsels.
- Support the legal team in handling legal matters and ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to smooth legal and operational processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in corporate contract management and providing legal advice.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract drafting.
- Experience in IP-related matters and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
