Details of the Job/Internship
Coastal Marine Construction and Engineering Ltd. (COMACOE) is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Vasai Virar, Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters, risks, and compliance issues.
- Handle matters related to property transactions and conveyancing.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal forums, as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external legal counsel as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in legal documentation and advisory roles.
- In-depth knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and conveyancing.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the marine or construction industry is an added advantage.
