Contegrate Entrepot Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing legal documents and providing legal advice.
• Drafting contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
• Handling labour matters and offering legal support to various departments within the company.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing documentation such as case papers, appeals, and legal notices.
• Liaising with various law firms, counsels, and consultants on various matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Expertise in law and providing legal advice.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
