Corenza is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform detailed legal analysis and vetting of contracts to ensure they align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution and through to termination, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, policies, and best practices to streamline the contracting process and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Conduct periodic audits of contracts to ensure compliance and provide reports on key contractual metrics to senior management.
- Assist in general compliance management.
Eligibility
- Education: B.A.LL.B or LLB.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract management software and document management systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
