Details of the Job/Internship
Creduce Technologies is looking for an Executive - Legal and Compliance who can manage legal affairs, ensure compliance, handle contracts and notices and have strong analytical and communication skills essential.
Role and Responsibilities
1) Communication Agreements:
- Draft and review project communication agreements, MOUs, NDAs, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion and execution of communication agreements.
- Maintain records of all communication agreements and related documentation.
2) Legal Notice Management:
- Handle legal notices, including but not limited to, notices of violation, cease and desist orders, and legal claims.
- Coordinate responses to legal notices and ensure timely resolution of legal issues.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary to address complex legal matters.
3) Compliance Oversight:
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize legal risks and liabilities.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with legal requirements.
4) Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct legal research on various issues affecting the company's business operations.
- Analyze legal documents, statutes, and case law to provide accurate and timely advice to management.
- Prepare legal opinions and memos outlining the potential implications of legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- 1+ years of experience working as a legal practitioner.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and legal research methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
