Cusec Consulting LLP is hiring a Junior Legal Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate and commercial laws.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Support compliance efforts, including legal due diligence and regulatory filings.
- Prepare legal opinions and advisories for clients.
- Maintain and organize legal documents and databases.
- Assist in liaison with external counsels and government authorities.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and their potential impact on clients.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and labour law in India.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
