DAV Group of Schools (TNAES) is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 2 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all legal matters related to the organization.
- Coordinating with external advocates.
- Drafting & Vetting of contracts, agreements, various legal documents, etc.
- Title verification of properties and providing title search report/legal opinion.
- Addressing & solving Legal Queries.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
Eligibility
- UG / PG Degree in Law.
- Min. of 2 years experience in a law firm.
- Professional fluency in English and Tamil.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills, and drafting skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
