Details of the Job/Internship
Debtsfree.in is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join its legal team in Gurugram. The role involves legal drafting, advisory work, dispute resolution, and client handling, with a focus on financial and commercial dispute matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, including agreements, notices, replies, and settlement drafts.
- Providing legal advisory support on civil, commercial, and financial dispute matters.
- Handling dispute settlement negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Counselling clients on legal strategy, settlement options, and risk mitigation.
- Assisting in case analysis, documentation, and coordination with senior advocates.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal drafting and advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in dispute settlement and negotiation.
- Excellent client counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.
- Prior exposure to financial services, loan settlements, or recovery-related matters is an added advantage.
