Details of the Job/Internship
Dentalcare Group is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3–5 years to support its legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
- Ensure company operations comply with relevant UK legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and review of corporate legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and interpret UK laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Assist with risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents, contracts, and compliance filings.
- Provide legal support to internal departments including HR, operations, and management.
- Handle general legal matters across corporate and commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution, banking and finance, real estate/property, and employment law.
- Work with UK solicitors and internal UK teams.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or a related legal qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably with exposure to UK law or UK-based organisations.
- Strong understanding of UK legal frameworks, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience in contract drafting and review.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-department legal matters simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
