Details of the Job/Internship
Dentalkart is looking for a candidate for the position of Licensing Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join them at their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Medical Device Rules (MDR) for licensing and approvals of medical goods.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for license applications, renewals, and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of MDR licenses and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare and file Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) returns on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure timely submission in compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required data for EPR reporting.
- Update and maintain licensing documents, permits, and compliance records.
- Ensure timely renewal and updating of existing licenses and related documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain an organized filing system for all regulatory documentation.
- Handle all aspects of GeM-related work, including vendor registration, product listing, and bid participation.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and timely updates of organizational profiles and offerings.
- Monitor the GeM platform for tenders, bids, and opportunities relevant to the organization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or related roles.
- Familiarity with MDR regulations, EPR requirements, and GeM operations.
