Details of the Job/Internship

Dermatouch is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join its office in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting corporate legal operations, ensuring compliance, and managing documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements across the business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and employment-related documents.
• Support compliance with company law, labour laws, intellectual property, and other statutory regulations.
• Assist in maintaining company secretarial records, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Provide legal support for marketing, branding, and vendor partnerships.
• Draft policies, SOPs, and legal templates for internal use.
• Maintain and update legal documentation in Zoho CRM.
• Track and monitor deadlines for contract renewals, filings, and statutory obligations.
• Advise management on legal risks and suggest preventive strategies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Additional certifications in corporate law or compliance are a plus.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Legal Executive or Associate in a corporate environment.
• Good understanding of corporate, contract, and labour laws.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or other legal/contract management tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
