Details of the Job/Internship
Diamond Parks is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector, to join their office in Pune. The role involves managing 10% water park operations and 90% real estate legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to water park operations and real estate projects.
- Handle property-related legal documentation, including agreements to sale, lease deeds, registration, NOCs, and compliance checks.
- Provide legal support for vendor contracts, service agreements, and employee compliance for the water park.
- Liaise with external legal consultants, authorities, and government departments as required.
- Monitor regulatory changes in hospitality and real estate sectors and ensure compliance.
- Assist management with dispute resolution and litigation support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognised university.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Fluency in Marathi (local language) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
