Details of the Job/Internship

Diamond Parks is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their Legal & Compliance department in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and central laws.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and government departments.
• Handle labour law issues, vendor agreements, employee disputes, and legal notices.
• Maintain records of legal documents, licenses, and statutory compliance reports.
• Assist in legal audits and risk assessments.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB is mandatory).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant legal work experience.
• Must be from Maharashtra.
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Sound knowledge of labour laws, commercial laws, and contract management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
