Details of the Job/Internship
Diamond Parks in Pune is hiring a legal executive to join them in their office.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure the park complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and advise management accordingly.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and third parties.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of all contracts and agreements.
Risk Management:
- Identify and address potential legal risks associated with the park’s operations.
- Support the Risk Management Board by providing insights into legal risks.
Dispute Resolution:
- Handle legal disputes, grievances, and claims effectively.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex cases or litigation.
Licenses and Permits:
- Ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and permits.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance issues.
Legal Documentation:
- Prepare and review legal documents such as MoUs, agreements, NDAs, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and a filing system for all legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Experience: 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment sector.
