Diamond Parks is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and compliance.
- Ensure the park complies with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Assist in legal documentation, drafting, and reviewing agreements.
- Manage labor law compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle legal disputes, liaise with legal advisors, and represent the company when needed.
- Provide legal guidance to management on risk mitigation and policy enforcement.
- Maintain and update legal records and ensure all legal obligations are met.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, contract laws, and corporate legal procedures.
- Must be proficient in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
