Dolat Capital is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial documents.
- Ensure contractual terms comply with internal policies and legal standards.
- Monitor legal developments and assist in compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation support.
- Prepare case briefs and manage legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable advice to business units.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations for legal support.
- Assist in legal audits and recommend compliance improvements.
- Conduct internal training on legal topics.
- Maintain a central repository of legal documents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in a corporate legal, regulatory, or compliance role.
- Solid understanding of Indian corporate, employment, and regulatory laws.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven, high-paced environment.
