Details of the Job/Internship
Dolat Capital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and commercial documents.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and internal policy standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
- Assist with statutory filings and documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters and prepare necessary legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support to business teams.
- Liaise with internal departments on governance and legal matters.
- Participate in legal audits and recommend compliance improvements.
- Maintain legal documentation and conduct training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate legal, regulatory, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate, employment, and regulatory laws.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
