Details of the Job/Internship
DTC Group is hiring a Legal Associate – Property & Real Estate with experience in land due diligence, title search, deed drafting, and property law. The role involves assisting in drafting and registration of agreements, appearing before courts and tribunals, and liaising with authorities. Candidates should have a strong foundation in land and property laws, with additional expertise in Muslim Law inheritance being essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in due diligence and title search of land.
- Draft and register agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, RERA authorities, registration offices, and police stations.
- Liaise with government authorities to facilitate legal processes.
Eligibility
- LLB Degree with prior legal field experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Muslim Law inheritance (shares between wife, son, and daughter).
- Understanding of flowcharts for Title/BLRO searches.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong skills in deed drafting and legal letter drafting.
- Knowledge of land laws is essential.
- Preferred: Experience in court trials, property searches, notices and letters execution, document registration, and real estate sector.
