Details of the Job/Internship

Ealkay Consulting is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a variety of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Assist in managing corporate legal compliance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive legal records and documentation for the firm.
• Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external legal counsel.
• Provide support in litigation matters, including tracking case progress and follow-ups.
• Conduct basic legal research on corporate and labor laws to provide executive summaries.
• Prepare legal notices and draft appropriate responses to legal queries.
• Ensure all business activities align with company policies and applicable statutory laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a corporate setup or a law firm.
• Basic understanding of corporate laws, labor laws, and compliance procedures.
• Strong drafting and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
