Details of the Job/Internship

eBikeGo is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize sales deeds, franchise agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Proofread and validate legal communications for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Franchise teams to align contract terms with business needs.
• Maintain and update legal templates in line with evolving laws and regulations.
• Organize and safeguard executed contracts and legal records.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized matters.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, obligations, and compliance best practices.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in legal drafting (experience in Café, F&B, or Retail sector is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of contract law, business law, and compliance processes.
• Excellent command of English and legal terminology.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
