Details of the Job/Internship
Eventus Security is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical support on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Master License Agreements, Service Agreements, etc.
- Prepare and review legal documentation such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and terms & conditions.
- Provide legal support to the HR department by drafting and reviewing HR-related documents.
- Maintain an organized database of legal agreements, contracts, and related documents.
- Perform administrative and paralegal tasks to support the legal function as required.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. or B.L.S./LL.B. (3-year or 5-year law degree).
- 3–5 years of non-litigation legal experience.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills.
