Details of the Job/Internship

Excelsis Group is hiring a Legal Executive having an of 2 Years. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Executive role is responsible for providing support to the legal department in managing contracts, legal documents, litigation management and compliance matters. 
• The Legal Executive will work collaboratively with other members of the legal team, assist with drafting and negotiating contracts, and manage compliance-related tasks and projects.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a legal role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal databases, document management systems, and electronic signature platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
