Details of the Job/Internship
EZ Capital is hiring a Legal Executive or Assistant Manager with 0–2 years of experience to join their team in Jalandhar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of NBFC and BFSI legal processes.
- Assist in drafting various legal notices, agreements, and formal replies.
- Support documentation and follow-ups for Section 138 (Cheque Bounce) cases.
- Coordinate with advocates to track case status and receive hearing updates.
- Assist in property/title verification and perform legal due diligence for assets.
- Maintain the legal MIS, records, and all necessary compliance documentation.
- Provide backend support for recovery efforts and SARFAESI-related matters.
Eligibility
- Completion of an LLB degree is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant internship experience are eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of recovery laws and financial regulations.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain legal records and MIS.
- Ability to work from the office in Jalandhar.
